EB-Regional Program Extended Without Changes Through Dec. 7, 2018

  

The headline says it all: we have another few months with the $500,000 EB-5 TEA investment threshold and Regional Centers can still do business until December 7th, 2018.  Of course, at any time when they are back in session Congress can theoreticaly pass a new version of the law or change existing terms, investment amounts, etc....but most of us are betting that won't happen before December 7.
