BREAKING: U.S. Senate Passes $1.3 Trillion Spending Bill, Now Up to Trump
Senator Rand Paul did not get in the way of the Senate's very swift approval of the spending bill and it is now headed to President Trump. The White House has indicated that the President will sign the bill into law, formally extending the current EB-5 Regional Program as it is until 9-30-18.
